Thank you for shopping at Gym Feed Factory! Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure you receive the highest quality products. However, due to the nature of our protein-rich food ingredients, we have specific guidelines for returns.

 

General Return Conditions
Unopened Products Only: We only accept returns for products that are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Return Window: All return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used products.

Return Process
1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at main@gymfeedfactory.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
3. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Condition Check: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at main@gymfeedfactory.com.
Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us resolve the issue.

For approved claims, we may issue a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.
